It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your frt99 account login credentials, password, and all related information confidential.

Do not share your account login credentials with any third party.
If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.
You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account, unless you can prove that the account was used without authorisation.

frt99 uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to keep your information safe. However, frt99 is not liable for technical failures or unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on frt99:

Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
The payment method used for transactions must be registered in the account holder's name.
It is advisable to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Please note: All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

frt99 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. These offers are subject to the following conditions:

Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

Wagering requirement: A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal (৳1,200 × 20).
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
The wagering contribution rate may differ for certain games.

General bonus policy:

A bonus offer can be claimed only once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
In the event of bonus abuse or breach of terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
frt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
Bonuses may only be used on approved games and betting activities.

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.

The balance will not go below zero; bets will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds.
